Refund & Return Policy
At Linensoul, we craft every piece with honesty and warmth — and we want you to feel equally cared for after your purchase. While we hope you love every fold and fiber, we understand that sometimes things don’t align. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and how we make things right when they aren’t quite right.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during shipping
- There is a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
- Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference, color mismatch due to screen display, or minor texture variations — our products are made with natural fibers, and subtle irregularities are part of their character.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked final sale
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Digital products or downloads (if applicable)
3. How to Request a Return
Please email shop@linensoul.shop with the subject line “Return Request + [Your Order Number]” and include:
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
We will reply within 2 business days with next steps. Do not ship the product back before receiving confirmation.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item):
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label
If the return is initiated for other reasons:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you by email
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or style, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos and a description of the issue
We will either ship a replacement (if available) or issue a refund based on your preference.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or card issuer
