1. Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. During this window, your order has likely not yet entered processing or packing.
To cancel:
- Email shop@linensoul.shop with your order number and the subject line: “Cancellation Request”
- If your request is received in time, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method
2. Orders Already in Progress
If more than 6 hours have passed or your order has already entered fulfillment:
- Cancellation may no longer be possible
- You may instead wait for the item to arrive and initiate a return, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy
3. Digital Products
If your order includes digital items (e.g., downloadable linens guide or gift cards):
- These are delivered immediately after purchase and are non-cancellable once the transaction is complete
4. Pre-Orders
If we ever offer pre-order items:
- You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date
- After that, cancellation may not be possible due to inventory commitments
5. Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved:
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider
You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
